Day 1 Santiago

For over a thousand years the road to Santiago has guided pilgrims from all corners of the world to this city. Today gastronomy, culture and ancestral traditions make Galicia a unique place to discover

Day 2 Santiago de Compostela

  • Morning guided walking to Obradoiro Cathedral and the city center
  • Thematical lunch based on galician meat cuts in restaurant A Tafona, awarded with one Michelin star and managed by Lucia Freitas
  • Leisure time to enjoy The city of Pilgrims

Day 3 Rias Baixas

To the richness and variety of its natural environment we must add the wide range of products from the sea or land, fish, shellfish and wines that delight any gourmand, and that can be tasted both in the most important cities, as in the many seaside villages.The art lover will find in the Rías Baixas, numerous places to stand still, Romanesque, Gothic or Baroque churches. Country houses or magnificent museums

  • Morning boat tour inside the Ria de Arouse , where we will discover one of the oldest sea jobs in Galicia. We can share experiences with a group of clam collectors
  • Lunch. Traditional menú based on Galician octopus in a traditional palace reserved for World Travel Gourmet

Day 4 Pontevedra

Pontevedra is a small and cosy riverbank city that mixes history, culture and food. It´s streets and squares contain an amazing medieval Galician style

  • Tasting menu based on fish and seafood in an exclusive restaurant reserved for World Travel Gourmet

Day 5 Ribeiro

Water, both from its rivers and its spas, plays a fundamental role in the personality of the area. As they pass through these lands, the Miño, Arnoia and Avia rivers give rise to successive hotsprings and gorges, thus forming the emblematic landscape of Ribeiro. The various varieties of grapes give the wines of these region a reputation for quality already recognized in times of the Roman Empire

Day 6 Ourense

The history of Ourense is felt in the old city, in narrow streets and beautiful squares where time seems to stand still; roads where art lovers, good wines and the best octopus of Galicia intermingle from the legacy left by the Cistercians monks

  • Guided walking tour of the old city center in the spa city of Orense
